Job summary

Cleanaway is Australia’s largest waste management company, seeking a dedicated general site cleaner and labourer for a day shift starting at 7am, Monday to Friday. The role pays AU$33.18 per hour, with overtime as required and penalties for weekends and public holidays.

You will assist with loading/unloading industrial liquid waste, transferring waste to trucks, and maintaining a safe, clean work site. A HR licence and heavy equipment experience are valued; forklift licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical and drug test.
• HR licence and heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Front End loader and Excavator experience preferred.
• Forklift licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• General site cleaning and labouring.
• Load and unload industrial liquid waste.
• Transfer waste from containers to liquid waste trucks.
• Load and unload trucks.

The Opportunity:

• General site cleaning and labouring
• Loading and unloading industrial liquid waste
• Transferring waste from collection containers, loading and unloading primarily liquid waste trucks
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Maintaining a safe and clean work site

About You:

• HR licence, Front End loader/Excavator experience highly regarded
• Forklift licence advantageous
• Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical and drug test
