Job summary

Kinetic IT is seeking an experienced Change Enablement Manager to balance governance, risk and delivery across a Federal Government ICT environment. You will provide clear direction for Change Enablement and bring teams and stakeholders together to support safe, timely and well-informed change.

This role is 100% onsite and requires Australian Citizenship and an active AGSVA clearance. You will own the end-to-end change process, coordinate assessments and CAB meetings, and drive improvements to

What you’ll be doing:

What we’re looking for:

• Australian Citizenship and an active NV1 or NV2 Australian Government security clearance (AGSVA).
• Demonstrated Change Enablement or Change Management experience within a complex ICT, government or enterprise service environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, change governance and risk-based decision-making.
• Ability to develop clear process documentation, meaningful reporting and measurable controls.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams.
