Job summary

Kinetic IT is seeking an experienced Change Enablement Manager to lead end-to-end change across a complex ICT environment for a Federal Government customer. The role focuses on governance, risk and timely delivery with a practical approach to strengthen service stability.

The position is 100% onsite and requires Australian Citizenship and an active Australian Government security clearance (AGSVA NV1 or NV2). You will coordinate CAB meetings and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Enablement within complex ICT or government environments.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and risk-based decision-making.
• Ability to develop clear process documentation and reporting.
• Security clearance NV1 or NV2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Change Enablement process across the service management environment.
• Coordinate change assessment, authorisation and scheduling, ensuring risks, impacts, dependencies and implementation plans are clearly understood.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and other forums to support timely, informed decisions.
• Maintain change policies, procedures, process maps and guidance aligned with ITIL and customer requirements.
• Track change performance, success rates, failed changes and compliance trends to identify practical improvements.
