Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Management, IT or related discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering training and creating clear technical documentation.
• ITIL v4 certification.
• Automotive dealer environment experience is a plus.
• PM and systems analysis/design experience would be advantageous.
• Accounting knowledge would be beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Provide consulting and systems support to our dealer network.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system usage.
• Translate business requirements into change requests and specifications.
• Plan, execute and validate testing for enhancements, upgrades and releases.
• Support rollout of new systems and change initiatives.
• Collaborate with global support teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Deliver training and develop user guides and tutorials.
• Bridge business and IT stakeholders to keep initiatives aligned.
