Job summary

Volvo Group Australia is seeking a Process Analyst to join the Digital & IT team. The role focuses on supporting Aftersales systems across Volvo Group Australia and dealer networks, translating business needs into technical specs and leading testing for system upgrades.

You will engage with stakeholders, deliver training, create user guides, and work with global teams to improve system performance while supporting change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Business Management, IT or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering training and developing clear technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and systems support to Volvo Group Australia’s dealer network.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system usage.
• Translate business requirements into application change requests and functional specifications.
• Plan, execute and validate testing for system enhancements, upgrades and releases.
• Support rollout of new systems, enhancements and change initiatives.
• Work with global support teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
• Deliver training and develop user-friendly guides and online tutorials.
• Connect business and IT stakeholders to keep initiatives aligned.
