Shore Financial in North Sydney is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst & Loan Processor to join a high-performing team. You will handle loan applications end-to-end, perform credit analysis, and coordinate with brokers, clients and lenders to drive settlements.

The role offers exposure to residential lending, investment lending, construction and self-employed clients, with opportunities to grow into broader credit responsibilities within a dynamic office.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in mortgage broking, credit or loan processing.
• Good understanding of residential lending and the loan application process.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Proactive and willing to develop in credit and loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan applications from document collection through to settlement.
• Complete servicing calculations and lender comparisons.
• Assist with structuring residential lending scenarios.
• Prepare applications and supporting credit notes.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with offshore support team.
• Monitor the pipeline and keep clients updated.
• Stay across lender policies and credit changes.
• Help improve processes as the team grows.
