Job summary

Strive Finance, a boutique mortgage brokerage based in a coastal NSW setting, is seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant / Loan Processor to support our lead broker and deliver exceptional client service.

This dual role blends administrative efficiency with meaningful client interaction in a flexible, hybrid environment. You’ll manage calendars, prepare documents, and guide clients through the loan process with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking, loan processing, or executive/personal assistant roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the broker’s calendar, book appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Screen emails and phone calls, ensuring professional and prompt communication.
• Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and client correspondence.
• Organise travel and accommodation when required.
• Maintain internal documents and ensure compliance with Australian privacy laws.
• Assist with onboarding new team members, office admin, and supplier coordination.
• Collect and review client documentation for home loan applications.
• Ensure all submissions comply with NCCP, ASIC, ACL, and lender policies.
• Enter and maintain data in loan CRM systems and digital records.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, valuers, and settlement agents.
• Prepare and lodge loan applications and supporting documentation.
• Monitor loan progress and provide clients with timely updates.
• Assist with post‑settlement care and long‑term client relationship management.
