Job summary

Perpetual is seeking a Private Wealth Distribution professional to grow our NSW adviser footprint, expanding funds under management by partnering with Investment Advisers and internal teams.

You will drive net flows and FUM growth, build strategic account plans, engage advisers, and deliver coordinated, high‑quality service while upholding ethical standards. Strong private wealth experience and commercial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in a sales or distribution role within financial services, ideally across private wealth or adviser channels.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and wealth management, including Private Wealth.
• Strong commercial instincts with ability to negotiate, influence and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive net flows and FUM growth across NSW private wealth accounts.
• Build and execute strategic account plans (activity, pipeline, conversion and retention).
• Lead adviser conversations from first meeting through to commitment and growth.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality account management.
