Anton Murray Consulting is seeking an experienced Private Wealth Associate to join its boutique wealth management team in Manly. You will support private client advisors and manage daily operations, ensuring premium service for high-net-worth clients.

In this role you will handle platform administration, client onboarding, KYC, and regulatory documentation, while collaborating closely with advisers to prepare for meetings and post-review actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management, financial planning or platform providers.
• Experience onboarding clients and managing KYC processes.
• Familiarity with major wealth platforms and modern CRMs.

Responsabilités

• Platform administration: process transactions and open new accounts.
• Client onboarding, KYC verification, and record maintenance.
• Prepare, monitor and renew annual fee consents and documentation.
• Support advisers with meeting prep, document gathering and post-review actions.
• Act as a professional first point of contact for clients.
