You will work closely with the advisory team, manage platform administration, client onboarding, KYC, and regulatory documentation, while ensuring accuracy and a client-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or client services within wealth management, financial planning, or an investment platform provider.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: Process transactions, establish new accounts across major wrap platforms.
• Client Onboarding & Compliance: Manage applications, coordinate KYC verification, ensure accurate record maintenance.
• Regulatory Documentation: Prepare, execute, and monitor annual fee consents and ongoing fee renewals.
• Adviser Support: Work with private client advisors on meeting preparation, document gathering, and post-review execution.
• Client Engagement: Be a professional, knowledgeable first point of contact for our client’s valued network.
