You will oversee a team of adviser assistants, support wealth management advisers, and drive operational excellence while maintaining high standards of client service.

The role focuses on people leadership, process optimization and stakeholder engagement to ensure scalable, high-performing teams that deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in wealth management or related financial services environment.
• Experience supervising adviser assistants or similar support roles.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management processes and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven organisational and time management abilities.
• Discretion with handling sensitive client and business information.
• Proficiency with relevant software systems and financial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of adviser assistants in wealth management.
• Oversee scheduling, workload allocation and resource planning for the team.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
• Support wealth management advisers with administrative and operational support.
• Maintain high standards of client service and oversee quality of work.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for adviser assistant functions.
• Handle escalated issues and complex client enquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Report on team performance and contribute to strategic planning.
