Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a Project Analyst to support the COO in delivering strategic, risk and regulatory initiatives. You will collaborate with product management, legal, risk, compliance and IT, coordinating project timelines and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of wealth management experience or exposure, a tertiary business-related degree, and a proactive, autonomous work style.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years relevant working experience in consulting, product support, or similar roles.
• Expertise in Financial Services including wealth management is an advantage
• Familiarity with strategy, business development, and project management.
• Tertiary degree majoring in business, finance, IT, or related disciplines

Responsibilities

• Conducting a deep dive into the current state model and work with varying internal stakeholders to assist in designing future state model.
• Assist in preparing slides or status reports to project stakeholders.
• Support project management activities, including defining scope, objectives, milestones, workstreams, owners, timelines, dependencies, and governance.
• Track project progress, update documentation, and prepare status reports and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings, document action items, and communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Identify and elevate risks or issues to the project lead or management.
• Manage smaller workstreams or sub‑projects under the guidance of the project lead.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and to prioritise tasks where required
• Establish structure around unfocused issues and drive consensus to solve problems
• Identifies problems using a logical, systematic, sequential approach; weighs relevance and accuracy of information; seeks/generates and evaluates alternate perspectives/ solutions.
