Job summary

LANGTONS, Australia's premier fine wine marketplace and part of the Endeavour Group, seeks a Private Client Manager to serve high-net-worth clients with tailored wine, luxury spirits, auctions, and bespoke experiences.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will build deep client relationships, drive sales growth, and deliver uncompromising personalized service with discretion and empathy. Fluency in Mandarin and CRM-driven service are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a B2C-facing sales role with a track record of building relationships and driving growth.
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin.
• Solid wine knowledge; WSET qualifications preferred.
• Digital & CRM capability; experience with CRM and eCommerce platforms.
• Impeccable presentation, high EI, clear and adaptive communication, discretion with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients over phone, in person, and digitally to hit sales targets.
• Prospect, onboard, and nurture new clients for LANGTONS Client Services; win back at-risk clients.
• Match clients with fine wines, rare products, and exclusive events to increase purchase frequency.
• Support auction activities by assisting with bidding and logistics.
• Represent LANGTONS at client events with expert product and market knowledge.
