Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting client, a leading global wealth management firm, seeks an equity markets focused Client Service Manager fluent in Mandarin for Sydney on a 12-month contract. You will support Private Client Advisors and HNW/UHNW clients in a high-volume setting, handling onboarding, AML/KYC, settlements, valuations, and reporting with meticulous accuracy.

The role requires RG146, strong markets knowledge, and excellent communication in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Demonstrable RG146 qualification or willingness to study toward RG146.
Knowledge of the financial advice process, markets and industry trends.
Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Experience in client service/ dealers/ adviser assistant roles preferred.
Desire to work in a high-volume, time-pressured environment.

Responsibilities

Handle administrative client queries and onboarding, including documentation and client records.
Maintain client accounts and AML/CTF, KYC compliance.
Manage IPOs and corporate actions allocation.
Prepare client valuations, asset allocations and reporting.
Assist in client asset transfers domestically and internationally.
Process and monitor stock settlements and follow up on funds.
Coordinate events for The Asia Practice and assist with translations.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and contribute to process improvements.
