Job summary

Qualifications

• Current practising certificate under the Legal Profession Uniform Law 2014.
• 2+ years post-admission experience preferred.
• Experience in privacy, information sharing or information governance within government desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, practical, well-reasoned legal advice on privacy and information sharing.
• Draft and develop public administration materials including ministerial briefings and cabinet papers.
• Support privacy templates, registers and related resources and assist with privacy impact assessments.
