Job summary

The role is fixed-term, full-time for 12 months, with an annual salary of AUD 81,496–AUD 98,955 plus super.

Qualifications

• You do not need formal qualifications for this role.
• You can bring strong administration or business support skills to help you succeed.
• Microsoft Office, Oracle, PIMS, JETS and Centurion experience is desirable.
• Office management or administration qualifications or experience is beneficial.
• Workplace safety knowledge relevant to manufacturing and service industries.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and work with others.

Responsibilities

• provide reliable office support, arrange meetings and help manage staff rosters
• manage purchase orders, track production costs and keep accurate financial records
• prepare clear reports, review data and suggest ways to improve services
• coordinate prisoner pay, job changes and work history records
• maintain detailed safety records, including tool and chemical registers, and help staff use computer systems.
