Job summary

FindStaff is seeking a results-driven print industry BDM in Sydney to drive new business sales of photocopiers, MFDs and print solutions to SMBs, mid-market and enterprise clients. This role offers a high-activity, face-to-face sales environment with warm leads and an aggressive commission structure.

The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed agreement, present high-value solutions with confidence, and thrive on targets and earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling photocopiers, MFDs or print solutions directly to end users.
• Strong hunter mentality - this is new business only, no farming.
• Well-presented, articulate communicator with confidence.
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with a current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business sales of print and copier solutions to SMB-enterprise clients.
• Attend pre-booked appointments from our in-house marketing and lead-gen team.
• Prospect and build your own pipeline to maximise commissions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed agreement.
• Present high-value solutions with professionalism and confidence.
