Job summary

IVE Group in Kemps Creek, NSW is seeking a customer-focused Procurement Officer to join our CX and Data unit. You will provide efficient procurement services across the business, build supplier relationships, source quotes, and support tenders to maximise value for IVE and our clients.

The role requires experience in print and paper, strong negotiation and communication, ERP/MIS and WMS/Ecom experience, and a proactive, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in the print and paper industry.
• Strong supplier networks and knowledge of purchasing procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering great results.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving quality and commercial outcomes.
• Sound computer literacy, including ERP/MIS, WMS/Ecom, Word and Excel.
• A collaborative and proactive attitude that fits with our values — Genuine, Driven, Specialised, and Collaborative.
• Experience with mail house, data, or digital marketing services is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, service, delivery and cost-effective outcomes.
• Work closely with Sales and Client Delivery teams to identify and develop procurement opportunities.
• Source accurate and timely quotations from a broad range of third-party suppliers.
• Stay informed about industry trends, pricing changes, new products and stock options.
• Contribute to tenders and comply with national procurement procedures.
• Organise press checks and support quality assurance activities where required.
• Contribute to the successful outcomes of the department by promoting team work, assisting others when required and displaying a friendly and helpful manner
