Job summary

IVE is seeking a customer-focused Procurement Officer in Kemps Creek, NSW, to join a small team delivering efficient procurement services across the business and maximising value for IVE and clients.

You will build supplier relationships, source quotations, stay informed on industry trends and contribute to tenders, QA activities and broader procurement goals. Applicants must have full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Experience in the print and paper industry (highly regarded).
• Strong supplier networks and knowledge of purchasing procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great results.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving quality and commercial outcomes.
• Sound computer literacy, including experience with ERP/MIS systems, WMS/Ecom systems and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A collaborative and proactive attitude that fits with our values - Genuine, Driven, Specialised, and Collaborative.
• Experience with mail house, data, or digital marketing services is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, service, delivery and cost-effective outcomes.
• Work closely with Sales and Client Delivery teams to identify and develop procurement opportunities.
• Source accurate and timely quotations from a broad range of third-party suppliers.
• Stay informed about industry trends, pricing changes, new products and stock options.
• Contribute to tenders and comply with national procurement procedures.
• Organise press checks and support quality assurance activities where required.
• Contribute to the successful outcomes of the department by promoting team work, assisting others when required and displaying a friendly and helpful manner
