Job summary

IVE Group in Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager for wide format print, retail displays and brand activations. You will sit at the centre of sales, production and client liaison, delivering multiple projects from concept through to installation.

The role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong organisation, and the ability to manage timelines and budgets while maintaining excellent client and internal stakeholder relationships across national campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in wide format print, signage, display, retail POS or related production environment.
• Strong knowledge of print processes, materials and substrates.
• Understanding of structural cardboard / corrugate production methodologies and POS display solutions.
• Experience managing projects involving retail displays, activations or brand implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; knowledge of PACE MIS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end project delivery across print and brand activation campaigns.
• Acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams (sales, production, estimating, install).
• Coordinating workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification.
• Overseeing quoting, job tracking, invoicing and adhoc requests.
• Managing installation coordination and documentation.
• Monitoring critical paths and proactively mitigating risks.
• Driving process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
• Maintaining accurate reporting and project documentation.
