Job summary

IVE Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Braeside, VIC, to lead wide format print projects from concept through installation. The role sits at the center of sales, production and client management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-profile retail campaigns.

You will leverage your experience in retail display or print environments, coordinating across teams and vendors to execute complex projects for iconic Australian clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in wide format print, signage, or related production.
• Knowledge of substrates and print processes.
• Understanding of cardboard/corrugate, POS display production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook; PACE MIS is a plus.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who understand the unique demands of wide format print, substrates and production workflows. This role is integral to the fabric of the sales structure and is pivotal to the success of the Sales team. You will sit at the centre of our operations – acting as the critical link between clients, sales and production – ensuring projects move seamlessly from concept through to installation. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, while delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

You need to be able to demonstrate expertise for this role through your previous experience working in a similar retail display or print environment. Bringing to the role an eye for detail and pride in your work, you will be working on exciting “A” list client projects where you will see the result of your work in store and Australia wide.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Managing end-to-end project delivery across print and brand activation campaigns

A comprehensive buddy and onboarding program will support this role, providing hands‑on guidance, systems training and structured integration into a large, high‑profile client portfolio with an established and highly regarded national retail presence

Desired Skills And Experience

Essential requirements for consideration are:

• Proven experience in wide format print, signage, display, retail POS or related production environment
• Strong knowledge of print processes, materials and substrates (eg. vinyl, fabric, rigid media, large format applications)
• Demonstrated understanding of structural cardboard / corrugate production methodologies, semi‑permanent and permanent POS display solutions, and retail display manufacturing processes
• Working knowledge of fabrication methods across cardboard, ACM, plastics, timber, metal and related display materials, with an understanding of how design translates into production and installation
• Experience managing projects involving retail displays, point‑of‑sale, activations, signage or brand implementation programs is highly regarded
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong operational mindset with a focus on workflow, commercial outcomes and process optimisation
• A competent level of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, with knowledge of PACE MIS system considered an advantage
