Job summary

Epson is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer for Document Solutions based in Perth, WA. You will be the technical representative supporting Victorian sales operations, collaborating with sales teams, dealers and customers.

Responsibilities include configuring and testing print solutions, delivering demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and customer events, as well as leading technical presentations and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT networking and infrastructure.
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of printing environments, A3 devices, or large format printers.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot print solutions in diverse IT environments.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to develop tailored solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept.
• Lead technical presentations, training, and workshops to demonstrate Epson technology.
• Assist with installations remotely or on-site at customer locations.
