Job summary

Epson Group in Victoria seeks an IT expert to join the Pre‑Sales team supporting our office and commercial print businesses. You will act as a technical representative for our sales operations, dealers and customers.

You will conduct product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and coordinate installations, delivering tailored print solutions in diverse IT environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• IT network integration knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Pre-sales and solution design translating requirements.
• Print experience with large format or MFD is advantageous.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Certifications in relevant areas will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support cut-sheet and large format print applications.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot print solutions in IT environments.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to tailor solutions.
• Provide technical pre-sales support, demos, PoCs, and events.
• Lead technical presentations, training, and workshops.
• Assist with installations remotely or on-site.
