Randstad Australia is seeking a 360-degree recruitment consultant for permanent and contract placements in defence, specialising in engineering, project management, logistics and ICT. You will hunt new business while leveraging an existing pipeline and build long-term client partnerships.

This hybrid role offers home-office flexibility, an eight-week annual Work Away program, a strong base with up to 40% uncapped commission, plus ongoing training and career development.

• A strong, confident, and competent sales personality capable of both account management and active client acquisition.

About you

• Experience in permanent recruitment with a strong interest in technical roles such as engineering and project management
• Prior experience recruiting for defence roles or intimate knowledge of the defence sector and associated job titles
• A strong, confident, and competent sales personality capable of both account management and active client acquisition
• Account Managers with defence experience willing to take on a strong sales component, or Veterans (Army, Navy, Air Force) looking to transition into recruitment with a proactive, sales-oriented personality
