Pembroke Resources in Queensland's Bowen Basin is seeking a senior CHPP Process Engineer to own metallurgical performance, coal quality and the long-term strategy for the CHPP. The role sits at the intersection of hands-on troubleshooting and capital planning, with direct access to executive leadership on safety, KPIs and cost.
You will drive improvements such as reflux bypass work, sieve bend upgrades, and future debottlenecking while maintaining a strong operating partnership with the CHPP
Pembroke produces high-quality steelmaking coal for international markets. At the heart of this production is the performance of our CHPP. This role has the mandate to be the technical steward of metallurgical performance and coal quality, and the person who makes sure our processing contract with our CHPP Contractor delivers on safety, KPIs and cost, enabling delivery to our customers.
This isn't a narrow operations role. You'll move between hands-on troubleshooting today and the long-term process engineering strategy that keeps us ahead of mine life planning, with a direct line to executive leadership on the capital decisions that follow.
