If you enjoy problem solving, engaging with others and – most importantly – are passionate about climate and sustainability, we would like you to apply! This position operates in the context of Leading Others . This means that you will motivate and enable others to deliver high quality work. You will balance time between doing the work and coaching, guiding and developing others. This requires a significant shift in thinking from ‘doing’ to supporting others to ‘do good work’; and consideration of present and future needs when allocating time to the team and projects you lead. You will articulate how work is to be done, providing clear direction and feedback.
