Job summary

Amazon Leo seeks a Principal Product Manager – Technical (PMT) to define NTN Core Network requirements and lead end-to-end product strategy for satellite-based connectivity. You will coordinate with RAN, Core, and cloud teams, translating customer needs into detailed product requirements and roadmaps for global deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience in technical product management for telecom/telecommunications systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or 7+ years of wireless comms experience.
• 5+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience.
• 10+ years solving problems with technology in the Telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive NTN Core Network feature alignment across RAN, Core, Transport, and cloud to deliver interoperability and roaming services.
• Own the NTN Core Network product roadmap and service delivery plan across multiple workstreams.
• Define, build, deploy and test 3GPP-compliant protocol layers, network functions, and service-based architecture for satellite connectivity.
• Stay current with 3GPP releases and NTN deployment models to guide long-term strategy.
• Write and present technical documents (6-pagers, PR/FAQs, BRDs, PRDs) to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering hardware, software, systems, operations, and program management teams.
• Be structured yet flexible to adapt as the business evolves.
• Communicate updates to VPs and the broader Amazon Leo team.
