Job summary

Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead Product Integrity efforts across customer terminals, coordinating reliability and safety programs across multiple teams and lifecycle stages.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• 7+ years of technical engineering experience
• Experience with reliability analysis tools and methodologies
• EXPORT CONTROL REQUIREMENT: U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Responsibilities

• You will drive alignment across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Safety, Reliability, System Integration, and Product Management teams.
• Own the end-to-end management and implementation of reliability and safety requirements across Amazon Leo's customer terminals.
• Define and deliver reliability and safety programs, keeping stakeholders informed of status and schedules.
• Communicate progress to senior leadership across multiple product integrity workstreams.
