Job summary

Amazon Leo is expanding its global satellite internet service. The Sr. Product Manager - Tech for Global Expansion will own the end-to-end customer experience lifecycle for new locales, guiding onboarding, provisioning and device management to scale the residential and enterprise segments.

You will define integration paradigms across systems and drive launch readiness, partnering with Business, Legal, Compliance, and Leo Engineering to deliver a coherent, fast-moving customer journey at scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
Experience owning roadmaps and defining strategy.
Experience delivering product features and tradeoffs.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Ability to represent customers and stakeholders at executive level.

Responsibilities

Define and own the end-to-end customer experience lifecycle for new locales.
Lead onboarding, order management, provisioning, and device management.
Define integration paradigms across multiple systems and drive launch readiness.
Partner with Business, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to execute the plan.
