Job summary
Amazon Leo seeks a Senior Semiconductor Product Engineer to lead cross-disciplinary efforts in conceiving, designing, and manufacturing semiconductor solutions for Leo’s satellite and ground terminal products. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure qualification, reliability, and performance meet customer needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in semiconductor product engineering or foundry operations.
- Up to 20% domestic or international travel required.
Responsibilities
- Review system spec and define stage-gate criteria for product development and qualification.
- Review process & technology selection for product, based on application and architecture.
- Collaborate with packaging team on package design, BoM choices and related plans.
- Develop & execute de-risking strategies to address technology risks in development.
- Drive test program reviews with design, test, DVT and system teams.
- Define test plans & coverage for production and qualification lots.
- Analyze foundry WAT data and correlation between bench and ATE results.
- Publish qualification and release documentation for stakeholders.
