Job summary

LTM Australia is seeking an experienced React Native Mobile Application Developer to join our Digital Engineering practice in Sydney. You will design, build and maintain enterprise-scale mobile apps across iOS and Android, translating complex requirements into robust mobile solutions.

You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, analysts and architects, implement scalable architectures, and contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to deliver high-quality, secure mobile applications for

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of React, React Native and mobile architecture.
• Experience developing for both iOS and Android.
• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux, Zustand or similar.
• Understanding of mobile security, performance optimisation and application lifecycle management.
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, clean code and design patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality iOS and Android mobile applications using React Native.
• Build reusable, scalable and maintainable components and mobile application architectures.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust mobile solutions.
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, backend services and third-party platforms.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, Business Analysts, Architects and other engineering teams.
• Develop automated unit, integration and UI tests to ensure application quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and mobile application release processes.
• Contribute to technical design, documentation and continuous improvement.

We are looking for developers who are passionate about building high-quality mobile applications and can work across the full application lifecycle — from technical design and development through to testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation.

What we're looking for

• Experience publishing and managing applications through the Apple App Store and Google Play
• Cloud experience across Azure, AWS or GCP
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
