Job summary

LTM Australia is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop and support enterprise integration services for a major Australian insurer. You will build secure RESTful APIs and scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frameworks, integrating policy, claims, billing and customer systems with third-party vendors and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering integration solutions in large enterprises.
• Knowledge of API lifecycle management and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud-native and event-driven architectures.
• Strong software engineering principles including SOLID and DDD.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Insurance or financial services sector experience is a plus.

Senior Software Engineer Java Integration Insurance Platforms

About the Role

LTM Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design develop and support enterprise integration services for one of Australia's leading insurance organizations

This role is focused on building secure scalable integration services that enable seamless data exchange across core insurance platforms including policy administration claims underwriting customer engagement and partner ecosystems You will play a key role in modernizing enterprise applications through API led integration event driven architecture and cloud native development practices

Working within an Agile delivery environment you will collaborate with architects business stakeholders product owners and engineering teams to deliver high quality software solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise grade Java applications and integration services
