Job summary

LTM Australia is seeking an experienced React Native Mobile Application Developer to join our Digital Engineering team. You will work on enterprise-scale mobile transformation programs, delivering high-quality iOS and Android apps using React Native across the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, analysts and architects, implement robust solutions, and contribute to code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of React and React Native with mobile app architecture.
• Experience developing for iOS and Android.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand).
• Understanding of mobile security and performance optimization.

LTM Australia is looking for experienced React Native Mobile Application Developers to join our growing Digital Engineering practice.

We are looking for developers who are passionate about building high-quality mobile applications and can work across the full application lifecycle - from technical design and development through to testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation.

This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale digital and mobile transformation programs with leading Australian organisations.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality iOS and Android mobile applications using React Native
• Build reusable, scalable and maintainable components and mobile application architectures
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust mobile solutions
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, backend services and third-party platforms
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, Business Analysts, Architects and other engineering teams
• Develop automated unit, integration and UI tests to ensure application quality
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise application performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices
• Support CI/CD pipelines and mobile application release processes
• Contribute to technical design, documentation and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Solid understanding of React, React Native and mobile application architecture
• Experience developing for both iOS and Android
• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services
• Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux, Zustand or similar
• Understanding of mobile security, performance optimisation and application lifecycle management
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD practices
• Strong understanding of software development principles, clean code and design patterns
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to have

• Native iOS or Android development experience using Swift, Objective‑C, Kotlin or Java
• Experience with Firebase
• Experience with automated mobile testing frameworks
• Experience publishing and managing applications through the Apple App Store and Google Play
• Cloud experience across Azure, AWS or GCP
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
