Job summary

MathCo is seeking a commercially focused Principal to drive growth and analytics-led transformation across our CPG/Retail portfolio. You will own key client relationships, P&L, and business expansion within large enterprise accounts.

You will partner with C-level stakeholders to design and deliver data-driven strategies, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and identify new opportunities. This role combines sales, industry expertise, and delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, analytics, or data-driven transformation for Retail/CPG.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and revenue growth.
• Strong proposal development, pursuit leadership, and contract negotiation skills.
• Executive communication and ability to simplify analytics impact for business leaders.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
• Drive new business development through existing accounts and new logo acquisition in Retail/CPG.
• Partner with Business Development and Marketing to shape GTM plans and close large multi-year engagements.
• Build executive relationships establishing MathCo as a trusted advisor.
• Translate market trends into revenue opportunities and oversee delivery with governance and risk management.
• Lead and mentor Engagement Managers and Senior Consultants across delivery units.
