Job summary

Sales Team Providers is seeking an experienced Client Manager to lead day-to-day delivery for key grocery clients, build strong relationships, and translate data into actionable insights.

You will partner with internal teams, drive growth opportunities, manage budgets and reporting, and foster a high-performing, compliant hybrid team environment. This 24-month contract offers hybrid working and career development within a Best Places to Work winner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client management and/or account management.
• Agency & Grocery experience: strong agency background with relevant experience across the grocery sector.
• Industry knowledge across FMCG, retail, consumer goods, merchandising or field marketing desirable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to build and grow client relationships.
• Strategic, commercial mindset with problem-solving and opportunity identification.
• Financial and data literacy; experienced in analytics and insights generation.
• Confident communication, influencing and presentation skills.
• Curiosity, initiative and drive for results.
• Ability to utilise Excel to manipulate data for project setup and analysis.
• Leadership capability to coach and elevate a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key grocery clients
• Coordinate day-to-day project and program delivery, including managing lead briefs, forms, and documentation
• Present clear, data-backed insights that guide decision-making
• Identify commercial opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
• Manage budgets, quoting, reconciliation, invoicing and reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally and foster a high-performing team culture
• Maintain compliance with internal processes and WHS standards
