Aurecon is seeking a Principal / Associate Director Civil Engineer to lead our Transport Civil Infrastructure team in Gladstone or Mackay. You will provide technical leadership, build client relationships and drive delivery of complex civil projects across transport and community sectors.

Based in regional Queensland, you will mentor engineers, shape project direction and ensure governance and design excellence in collaboration with Aurecon's national network of experts.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Extensive experience delivering civil infrastructure projects within consulting, engineering or infrastructure environments and proven experience delivering TMR projects.
• Strong client relationship management and business development capability.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and mentoring engineers.
• Proven ability to manage project delivery, commercial outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of relevant Australian standards, design processes and infrastructure delivery frameworks.
• RPEQ (Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland) is essential
• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
