Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in civil design with a focus on roads and highways.
• Advanced 12d modelling capability and proven experience delivering TMR projects.
• Experience leading and mentoring small design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and road design activities, including advanced 12d modelling.
• Deliver high-quality design solutions aligned with Austroads, TMR specifications and industry standards.
• Mentor and develop designers, fostering technical excellence across project teams.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers and clients to solve complex infrastructure challenges.
• Contribute to the delivery of significant road, highway and civil infrastructure projects in Queensland.
