Qualifications
- Experience designing AI/Agentic or Conversational AI applications.
- Strong skills in intent classification and NLU.
- Expertise in agent orchestration and workflow automation.
- Proven ability to integrate APIs and tools in enterprise apps.
- Hands-on software engineering with cloud-native architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build intelligent AI agents with orchestration, tool integrations, decision-making workflows, and human-in-the-loop escalation.
- Develop and optimize LLM-powered apps using RAG, retrieval systems, and knowledge bases.
- Guide architecture reviews and technical delivery across AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
