Synechron is seeking engineers who blend strong software engineering foundations with practical AI to build and operate production-grade conversational platforms at scale. Candidates will work across React/TypeScript, C#/.NET, APIs and microservices, with cloud-native development on Azure/AWS and a focus on DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing and production support.

Experience delivering LLM-powered and Agentic AI solutions, plus strong skills in RAG, prompt engineering and knowledge retrieval,

Qualifications

• Hands-on building APIs, services, AI workflows and conversational experiences.
• Strong focus on .NET, cloud, integration, testing and operational excellence.
• Building AI agents and conversational applications.
• API/tool integration and enterprise system orchestration.
• RAG, prompt engineering, vector search and knowledge retrieval.
• Conversational AI, including intent classification, NLU/NLP, entity extraction and context management.
• Human-in-the-loop workflows, escalation patterns and AI guardrails.
• Agent observability, evaluation, reliability and performance monitoring.
