• SC3 monitoring and assessing student learning; use data to inform teaching and provide feedback to students and parents.
• SC4 interpersonal and communication skills; build collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues and school community.
• SC5 align with Department values; reflect on practice and engage in professional learning to improve teaching quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals; contribute to curriculum development and evaluation.
• Undertake other classroom teaching related duties as directed by the principal.
• Teach in ranges 1 and 2 focusing on planning, preparation and delivery of programs to achieve student outcomes.
• Mentor and coach staff to promote reflection and improve instructional practices.
• Assist staff to use student data to inform teaching approaches to improve learning outcomes.
