Formación

• Knowledge of the relevant curriculum with ability to teach literacy and numeracy and respond to student learning needs.
• Experience planning/high-impact teaching strategies guided by how students learn and evaluating impact on learning growth.
• Experience monitoring/assessing learning; using data to inform teaching and provide feedback to students and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Direct teaching of groups and individual students.
• Contribute to development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum programs.
• Undertake other classroom teaching related duties as determined by the principal.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Supervise and train student teachers.
• Use student data to inform teaching approaches to improve outcomes.
