Knox Gardens Primary School in Victoria is seeking a dedicated classroom teacher to deliver high-quality literacy and numeracy programs and foster a love of learning in every student.

You will work with a diverse cohort from Foundation to Year Six, collaborate with colleagues, engage families, and participate in school initiatives, professional learning, and community partnerships to support student growth and wellbeing.

Formación

• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to teach literacy and numeracy.
• Experience planning high-impact teaching strategies and evaluating learning growth.
• Experience monitoring and assessing student learning with data-informed feedback.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families.
• Commitment to Department values and ongoing professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals and planning lessons.
• Contribute to curriculum development and evaluation within the school.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Undertake additional non-teaching duties as directed by the principal.
• Support student learning outcomes through assessment data.
