Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to teach literacy and numeracy.
• Experience planning and implementing high-impact teaching strategies.
• Experience monitoring and assessing student learning using data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with families and colleagues.
• Commitment to professional learning and reflecting on practice to improve teaching quality.
• Ability to design and deliver an engaging inclusive primary visual arts curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individual students.
• Contribute to development, implementation and evaluation of curricula.
• Undertake other duties as determined by the School Principal.
• Participate in school improvement planning and policy development.
• Support student wellbeing and learning through data-driven decisions.
