Qualifications

• SC1: Knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to adapt literacy/numeracy teaching to student needs.
• SC2: Experience planning high-impact, data-informed teaching and evaluating progress.
• SC3: Experience monitoring student learning and providing feedback to students and parents.
• SC4: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with students, parents, colleagues and the community.
• SC5: Alignment with Department values and ongoing professional learning to improve practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Principal.
• Engage with parents/teachers meetings and school events.
• Support school initiatives and policy implementation.
