Job summary

dnata catering & retail is seeking a Pricing Lead to join the Commercial team in Brisbane or Sydney. You will own pricing for an assigned portfolio, drive profitability, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Technology to optimise revenue.

This role requires strong Excel skills, pricing modelling experience and stakeholder management across a large aviation business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Pricing and Revenue Optimization, you will influence pricing decisions, support tenders

Qualifications

Experience in pricing, costing or commercial analysis is essential.
Aviation, catering, manufacturing or high-volume environments are highly regarded.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle complex datasets.
Experience supporting tenders, pricing reviews or contract changes.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end pricing activities across an assigned customer portfolio.
Develop and maintain pricing, costing and profitability models.
Support customer tenders, price reviews, contract changes and revenue recovery initiatives.
Analyse commercial performance and identify margin improvement opportunities.
Prepare pricing submissions, customer price lists and profitability reporting.
Apply contractual pricing mechanisms, indexation provisions and pricing controls.
Validate pricing data across ERP and reporting systems.
Contribute to pricing process improvements and governance.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Procurement and Technology teams.
