Job summary

Pet Circle in Sydney is seeking a Pricing Analyst to shape and deliver our pricing strategy across our extensive product range. You will analyze transactional and competitor data to surface insights and make recommendations to Category Managers and Marketing.

We aim to replace manual checks with AI-enabled workflows to save time and boost accuracy. You will work closely with the Merchandising team and Data to ensure pricing accuracy and to drive growth, reporting to the Pricing Lead and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an analytical role (pricing, commercial, finance, strategy, data or consulting).
• Experience turning large datasets into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or Python is a plus.
• Current use of AI in work and ability to demonstrate a built or enhanced workflow.

Responsibilities

• Track competitor pricing weekly and suggest responses.
• Monitor price position vs market with pricing tools; balance competitiveness and growth.
• Measure impact of promotions and price changes; feed into promotional calendar.
