DC Motors Mercedes-Benz in Rockhampton is seeking an enthusiastic sales consultant to guide customers from initial enquiry through to delivery and ownership. You will manage showroom, phone and online enquiries with timely follow-up, present vehicles, and conduct engaging test drives.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, developing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets while coordinating with finance and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Formación

• Excellent communication and confident presentation.
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
• Sense of urgency, initiative and commitment to following through.
• Background in automotive or prestige sales is preferred, hospitality or customer service backgrounds are welcome.
