Grand Motors Automall on the Gold Coast seeks a proactive Service Advisor to join our brand-new, prestige multi-brand workshop. You will greet guests, schedule appointments, prepare and update job cards, and coordinate with technicians to align expectations and timelines.

Ideal candidates have sound knowledge of European vehicles, prior Service Advisor or technician experience, and a professional, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with European brands (Mercedes-Benz, VW, BMW, Audi, etc.).
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or technician is preferred.
• Strong communication and professional presentation required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
• Prepare and update job cards.
• Contact guests the evening before service to confirm details.
• Maintain accurate records of customer and vehicle information.
• Greet guests professionally and warmly.
• Inspect vehicles with clients to assess condition.
• Book vehicles in, diagnose issues, and log service requests for workshop review.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process.
• Ensure dealership and manufacturer policies are followed.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance services with clients and obtain approvals.
