Job summary

Bacardi in Sydney seeks a Prestige Account Manager to own relationships with Sydney's most influential prestige venues and operators, driving growth through strategic partnerships and premium brand experiences.

You will identify new business opportunities within the on-premise market, develop strategic account plans, execute best-in-class brand activations and manage investments to maximise return on investment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, sales, business development, advocacy or brand activation, with a passion for the prestige hospitality sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop customer strategies, identify growth opportunities and manage investments.
• A natural relationship builder who can influence decision-makers, nurture industry networks and create long-term partnerships.
• Creative, entrepreneurial and solutions-focused, with the ability to turn consumer and customer insights into winning outcomes.
