Job summary

Auxus, a premium concierge and workforce solutions business within the Glad Group, is seeking experienced Workplace Concierges for our Sydney Metro team. You will be the polished front-of-house contact for staff, visitors and contractors, ensuring smooth access and a high-standard workplace experience.

Role involves greeting people, managing access, handling mail and room bookings, basic AV/IT support, and acting as Emergency Warden/First Aider. Training and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Desirable qualifications or experience in hospitality/customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and meet deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• A National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Willingness to be trained as a First Aider and Emergency (Floor) Warden

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting employees, visitors, and contractors
• Proactively welcome all staff, visitors and contractors, ensuring correct access to the site
• Manage access cards, visitor and locker registers, key management and mail handling
• Respond to email enquiries and phone calls, action Service Now tickets accurately in a timely manner
• Assist with basic AV/IT troubleshooting, liaising with IT for more complex issues
• Conduct floor walks throughout the day, raising any cleanliness or facility concerns to maintain workplace standards
• Manage meeting room bookings and set up to be in ready-to-use conditions
• Monitor and restock stationery and kitchen supplies as needed
• Act as Emergency Warden and First Aider (secondary responder) as required
